How do I fit in my Sandisk M2 Memory Stick into its adapter?
I have a 2GB Sandisk M2 Memory Stick and also a Sandisk M2 Adapter. Do I just slide the memory stick into the slot opening of the adapter [with the gold strips facing downwards]? What does the thin piece of metal do? And how do I remove the memory stick? The same way i inserted it? Or does it have anything to do with the piece of metal?
Of the adapter that I have seen, you just push the M2 card into the slot of the adapter. To remove, you just pull on the portion protruding from the end.
You follow the same orientation as the adapter. If the adapter has the contacts facing down, then the contacts of the M2 card should also be facing down.
